Atty. Mara Victoria Magpantay is an active member of the California State
Bar. She is also a member of the Philippine Bar.
She graduated with honors from the Ateneo de Manila University, Makati, Philippines
with a Juris Doctor degree. She was in the Top 20 of the passing
candidates in the 1993 Philippine Bar Examinations.
She graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree, major in Accounting from
the College of Holy Spirit in Manila, Philippines and is likewise a licensed
CPA in the Philippines.
